Real Filmmaking in a Virtual World plugincinema.com is a web site dedicated to the creation, distribution and exhibition of films on-line. The site is useful to ‘seasoned’ filmmakers as well as those just starting out since we also provides information on how to translate traditional analogue practise into digital filmmaking.
plugincafé brings these ideas to the Digital Café at the Watershed Media Centre in Bristol, allowing filmmakers, buffs and the inquisitive to view on-line work. The café will enable you to meet some of the creators and to discuss your ideas. If you are interested in film/media creation on the Internet come along and join in. plugincafé February 2001 A summary plus directors notes of the films shown by the plugincinema team can be found here. plugincafé March 2001 Films on the Internet: An Introduction by the plugincinema Team.
