The plugincinema website uses a number of different types of media;

RealPlayer (.rm or .ram files) we suggest that you download Real Alternative to view this form of media. If following installing this software you are still having trouble, it may be down to a firewall or your Internet connection.
QuickTime and AVI files (.mov, .avi or .qt files) for this you will need the QuickTime player or the VLC Media Player .
Flash (.fla or .swf files) this is a plugin for your web browser, go to the Adobe download page to find out more.
We use Blip TV to host some of our films. For help see thier FAQ and the Viewing FAQ . Note that we are not using YouTube as there are issues over copyright and the user agreements .
We also use torrent files (.torrent) – these are not streamed forms of media and are files that enable you to download media files. We recommended Azureus for downloaing torrent files.
