Video Lounge was a microcinema screening series at the Knitting Factory (NYC) from 1992-2001. The series showcased curated programs from submissions, organizations and festivals including Women Make Movies, Short Attention Span Film and Video Festival, The New York Exposition of Short Film and Video, Blackchair Productions' Independent Exposure and Paper Tiger Television.

At the time, the internet was just beginning to be utilized, video streaming was a brand new concept and distribution of video meant mailing VHS tapes!
